In today’s lesson we focus on the word Minuscule (noun and adjective).

Origin:-Latin and French

Meaning:-Extremely small; tiny.

Synonyms:- Tiny, minute, microscopic, nanoscopic, very small, little, micro, diminutive, miniature, baby, toy, midget, dwarf, pygmy, Lilliputian, infinitesimal

Antonyms:-Vast, huge, big, enormous, large, massive

• The ant we studied about today in science class was so minuscule that we had to use a microscope to see it.
• I think she is making a big issue about something that is minuscule in nature.
• Although the risk of contamination is minuscule, we are taking all the precautionary measures possible.
